I was told points are set at.020 and plugs at.030 When I hold a plug against the crankcase I get a hot spark, but it seems it is intermittent. I pull a couple of times and get spark. Need to find old p/n and cross to new p/n for coil condenser points plug wires I have the Service Instructions manual for Models TS-TD and have seed Fig 23 on page 5., so any help would be appreciated. . Dec 6, 2016 The TD-15 should be painted dull aluminum color. The TS amp; TD-15 models had a different crankshaft and magneto than the later TS amp; TD-20 models. The flat area on the -15 crank that operates the points is 1/2quot; wide and its mag had a maverick spark suppressor air gap.
